Outdoor Cooking

At Main Course Cooking School, we do our outdoor cooking on The Big Green Egg, a "must have" piece of culinary equipment for the avid grilling aficionado. The Egg is a smoker, a grill and an oven. You can cook literally any food on it year around, from appetizers to entrees to desserts.
